What data I collect and why

When you book a consultation, apply for a program or write to me (by form, email or WhatsApp), I receive the data you share, usually your name, contact details and your message. I use it only to reply to you, organise sessions and events, and provide my services.

The legal basis is your consent and, when we work together, the performance of our agreement.

Third-party services

Booking requests from the contact form are delivered to my email with Web3Forms; online bookings may be managed with Cal.com; the VAK test uses Tally; messages may reach me through WhatsApp or Gmail. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. This website is hosted by Cloudflare.

The newsletter is sent with MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

How long I keep your data

I keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to kovaceviciskra@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. External pages you open from here (for example Google Forms, Spotify or Instagram) may use their own cookies.
